Any of them would work. For myself, I'd go with ATF. It costs a little more, but there's less work that needs to be done with it. Second choice would be Army Surplus Warehouse. Third the post war Euro made.
Now I'm not your normal consumer. All of my reenacting helmets, except two, are originals. That's kinda my thing is havin' an original helmet. Although I will admit that it's not as cheap to do so as it used to be.

Good God! I haven't paid attention to helmets since I got mine from J. Murray about a decade ago. They were $75 for refinished late-War or immediate post-War originals.
I've had nothing but good experiences with J. Murray, but ATF is going to be the most economical bet. Both Army Surplus Warehouse's and the Norwegian post-War helmets are going to require a lot of work to get them anything near correct.
