This may be a DUH question, but here goes.
Is the snapped up brim of the bush hat worn on the left or right, or does it matter?

Looks to me you could go either way. I have even seen footage where one soldier wore the helmet net on his bush hat.

Either way, but snap on the right was the most common.

Thanks for the information. Photos I've seen appear to confirm that either way works.
I recently picked up a WPG bush hat. One more hot wash & dry and it should fit nicely.
Now I can stop imagining that I'm wearing it backwards.

I was just curious, as I already have four French repros. Unfortunately, they don't have vent holes, which, while not incorrect, is a bit of an inconvenience here in the sun-scorched wastes of the desert Southwest. I have a bunch of stuff that needs to be tailored, so may as well throw those in.
