I've seen them pop up every now and then at gunshots here in the U.S. I go my MAS 36 in Anchorage, Alaska for under $400 (they had two) back in 2018. The antique shop I got it from obtained them from a gun show in Las Vegas.

Hello! does anyone know if mas 36/51s were used during the FIW? Emphatically, "no". The 36-51 never saw action there, but it did see issue in Europe and North Africa after about 1952. The impetus behind the 36-51 was the 22mm NATO rifle grenades. CEFEO was well-supplied with the 50mm converted Brandt mortar rounds (18mm spigot diameter) for use with the Mle. 36 LG48 and the FSA Mle. 49, while forces in Europe and Afrique du Nord were issued with the then new NATO-compatible grenades. Measures were taken to avoid mixing the two types for obvious reasons.
