In addition to French khaki shirts being available from La Tranchee, both M47 and M60, though not in all sizes, they are now also available from Sportsman Guide (shipping in October, supposedly) and Hessian Antiques. They both say used and M47, although Hessian Antiques illustrates the later model. There's no telling what the actual sizes might be, of course, but prices are reasonable. Some M47 shirts showing up on e-bay are on the expensive side and sizing is always questionable.
La Tranchee also has, in one size only, a so-called walking out model khaki shirt (Chemise tenue de sortie). Plain, no pockets. He who hesitates is lost.

What exactly are the differences between M47 and M60? I have a set of French khaki shirt and trousers I got because of their resemblance to WW2 US khakis.

The earlier, M47 shirt had a wide, long-point collar with no collar stay. The M60 had a narrower collar with removable plastic collar stays, both following contemporary civilian fashions when they were introduced. The sizing system is different, too. Both seem to be 100% cotton and as you probably all know, will shrink. Buttons may be different, too, but otherwise, they're just about identical. I don't think the trousers changed post-war as last as cotton trousers were on issue. I don't know when the current model shirts were introduced.
Pre-war shirts had button-down collars that were produced in varying shades of khaki and olive green, two of my favorite colors.

Thanks I'll have to check mine but I think it's an M47.

Just an update on those French khaki shirts from Sportsman's Guide: still on backorder but I did get an e-mail from them asking if I wanted my order to remain open, pending receipt of more stock. I remain hopeful.
