Hi,
it seems t be a modern polycotton shirt, so I wouzld say...no.
Try to get an older 100% cotton shirt or a repro British tropical shirt.

If anyone is looking, La Tranchee has NOS Mle. 48 cotton shirts.

I might note here that I recently purchased one of La Tranchee's Mle. 48 shirts, as well as the Mle. 60 (which has a narrower collar). Their largest sizes aren't that large and the sleeves aren't that long, either. I'm also afraid to wash them, too. Unfortunately, they didn't have any short sleeved shirts in my size.

Howdy Kenneth. If you wouldn't mind, please make an introduction thread for yourself in the "Report In!" subforum.
I bought four of their shirts. The sleeves were a little short (not a huge problem on a combat short), but the size large fit me well. They did not shrink noticeably after washing, either.
Cheers!
