COL Howard was a Medal of Honor recipient and probably one of our most decorated soldiers from Vietnam ( wounded 14 times during 54 months of combat duty in Vietnam ). He was a member of Berachah Church where I was honored to see him speak one evening during military communion. He died last week of cancer.
