Mas-36 Marksmanship badge

I have a French pin/badge that I’ve had for years and I’m not sure what it is. I even had Ian a Forgotten Weapons look at it and he wasn’t sure either. It is silver in color with two crossed MAS-36 rifles each about a inch and a half long. There is a small chain the goes between the rifles. It may be missing something as there doesn’t appear to be a way of attaching it to a uniform.
