Bienvenue Sam!
It's pretty slow around here, especially since it's the summer for us on the other side of the world. A few of us do check in regularly, so ask away with any questions or feel free to post any new information. My main focus is the French war in Algeria, but Indochina is a convenient sideshow, as the two are very closely related.
Is there a unit impression in particular you wish to create or is it too early for you too decide? Either way, there is plenty of information on this forum to help get you started, and a few of us regulars have a lot of info bangin' around our heads.
Cheers mate!

Howdy Sam!
I'm kinda the opposite of Steve. My main focus is Indo, with an increasin' interest in Algerie thanks to Steve.
As Steve says, it's pretty slow, but ask any questions and welcome!
Craig

It's really easy. Go to the area you want to add a post to, and hit the create thread button.

I have hit that button and started to write up some info on things I've found, but how do I get it to post after I've created the new thread? Thanks! ---Toussant

Ah, sorry, misunderstood your question. After you have it written, in the bottom right hand corner of the block there's another button that says create thread. Click on that and it should create your post.
