Not a bad effort there guys, however I would say that you need to replace some of the helmet nets which arent quite right, also some of you are wearing two water bottles - which was a US Vietnam war thing, not seen in Indochina. Nice CR39's - I am very envious!

Oh, one of my favorite movies. You are very lucky for getting the rifles. For us still a dream.

I'm suprised no one has got round to making proper replica's or airsoft CR39's. It is such a unique weapon that you would think it would have been made by the Japanese years ago. They seem to have made replica's of almost ever other type of weapon ever made. Such a shame. They would sell very nicely too.
Nice examples in your collection.

Yes, no airsoft versions from French weapons. I am waiting for the MAT 49... ;D

I know the MAT 49 would sell very well on its looks alone. Especially as it can fold away quite conveniently. I'm suprised it has never been replicated for its part in the Vietnam war, they have done M16's, AK47's , PPSH41's etc...
Shame. I'm so thankful to have got a deactivated one in my collection.
