I've put some of my own research pictures in the 'groups' section. The above pictures were taken from Marcel Bigeard's 'Ma Guerre d'Indochine'. An excellent book with very good quality photographs from '45 to '54 and from his return in the 1990's. voila...

Lt. did you notice the trooper with the CR-36 over his shoulder also has one across his chest. I guess he has carried one before and now thinks two are better than one.
