Great! couple of things... tried to download the zip file and did.. but, what program or service do you need to open?? the spoons look great! did you make your own press? Also, the pin assy on the original is a bit smaller than the newer ones. what did you use for the ring?? I have newer french rings but they seem to be about 3mm larger than the early style. thank you for your help. E Keane.

Don't worry: Us folks over the pond have a God-given right to bitch and complain. We'll find something wrong with the design, whether a problem exists or not. Peace! I know, and I want to deny to you the pleasure to complain however I did some math and I came upon some prices... unfortunately the USD went down compared with Euro... however it seems that with fuse out of resin - as shown on the photos + metal spoon + metal pin the price should be 21 USD for OF37 and DF37 and 22 for OF51 however with metal fuze (molded of the original one) it is 27 USD for DF and OF and 28 for OF51.... the metal fuse is fuk*** expensive - just 9 USD only the semi finished product..... now its the time to say how much we (you) want.... I am ready to make the DFs and perhaps some small amount of OF51 (as well as few OF37s) - but it will take some time - DF is definitely easier to make. the complete set of fuse (metal set) is 17 USD Dont hurry - I am starting to work on it slowly and I dont have so much of extra time

Hi, solid, inventor, whatever your 3d printer works with..... yep - I ve got my press tooling for a bench vice well I made the pins and ring according to the samples I ve purchased - those are probably the grenades from 70s and 80s The O ring is commercially available ring for keys - I chose the closest dimension available so its not a perfect match but the best possible Jakub

Jakub, this is a big kids forum: we can use the fun and dirty words. I would be in for six grenades- 3x OF, 3x DF, metal fuzes. As long as they look the part, I won't mind minor dimensional differences, especially if it makes sourcing components easier and cheaper. Merci beaucoup, mon ami! Bon chance!

Hi Steven, a note has been made... as ichecked those - I think that I should be able to make both types of pins and O rings.... however - finally I ve got a proof of usage of OF51 in algeria - those are kinda fragile and I guess that usually they were worn on pretty safe places... or in the leather pouches and then its very difficult to distinguish between OF37 and OF51 - both have the rim in the middle. It was kinda puzzling to me that those grenades perfectly suited to set somebodys house on fire are not seen on the photos.... but now: p1.storage.canalblog.com/14/33/435799/45265358.jpgand here the best visible one: CDO Penfen - year 57-58 and I believe there is much more photos available - just hard to note that one.....

I'll have to look through my Commando Penfentenyo to see if there are more visible.
Do you know to which unit the lad in the first picture belongs?

Cool! Good luck getting the fuzes right. The bodies look fantastic.
Thanks for the pictures. I didn't have the 9e RCP one, nor the two of 3e RCP on crowd control duty (I'm assuming that's 3e RCP on account of what look like black boots.).

Jakub I'll have 2 OF and 2 DF please. No rush. I admire your perfectionism!

Hi guys, keep working on that but due to my new family obligations and persistent lack of working bench - its in deep delay.... I ve got the bodies ready for DFs but OFs I am just about to start making the mould gor resin... and despite previous optimistism it seem that fuses will have to be made of epoxy with steel screw as a core. Any doubts - as soon as those are ready - I ll get rid of them and post them here there s too much effort put in them to let stand in the corner....

I was able to use the 3D templates you shared to create some of the OF37's for an event we had last weekend here in Virginia. They looked great and I gave all credit to you! I did add the hinge after I took the picture. They really drew the public in! Thank you for making these, when you are ready to sell/ship, let me know, I am in for some of the real deal!
